What you will be working on

Reporting to the Director, Human Resource Department (HRD), the incumbent is required to support the department in the following: 1. HR administrative support: o Assist HR Business Partners with recruitment, exit management, and manpower planning o Manage secondments, deployments and documentation o Organise HR events and handle course registrations and payments o Maintain training statistics and prepare induction kits o Perform secretarial duties and other tasks as assigned. 2. Data management and digitalisation: o Develop and manage a comprehensive database with the HR team o Work with the team to create dashboards, training records and functional Competency data o Integrate HR database with the HRPS system o Reorganise the department’s shared drive for improved accessibility and updates 3. Process Improvement o Draft new workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HR administration, payroll and training administration with the HR team

What we are looking for

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in the HR field. Fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply. • Meticulous and a team player • Proactive, eager to learn and display good initiative • Good interpersonal and communication skills • Working knowledge with Microsoft office (especially for Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SAP system
