What the role is

Successful applicant will play an active role in planning and delivering test administration services in accordance with customers’ requirements to achieve divisional objectives and organisational goals.

What you will be working on

The key responsibilities include: - Manage the end-to-end planning, administration and conduct of large-scale examination - Respond to customers’ queries with accurate information promptly and timely delivery of quality services to meet customers’ expectations - Able to use exam-systems to process test administration and candidates’ data - Oversee end-to-end test administration to deliver the desired outcomes within the stipulated timeline - Ensure strict adherence to the SOPs for all task assigned to deliver high-quality work - Enhance existing processes for continual improvements as a team - Ensure quality services in all projects with internal and external stakeholders. - Provide other support to achieve success for the team

What we are looking for

- At least 2 years of experience in project management and operations - Possesses a good command of the English language - A dependable team player with good interpersonal skills - IT-savvy, innovative and enjoy new challenges - Resilient and self-motivated to achieve success for the organisation
