As a member of the Human Resource Division’s Leadership Planning team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing talent management strategies that align with MND’s business priorities and future manpower needs. This involves working with stakeholders and HR teams across the MND Family, including partner agencies such as PSD, to attract, develop and retain key talent, and to groom them for leadership roles within the organisation. Key focus areas could include partnering with line divisions to identify talent needs and implement effective strategies to attract the right talent, identifying training and development needs to support officers’ career development and growth, and building an adequate pipeline of successors for key leadership positions.

What the role is
What you will be working on
To achieve these outcomes, you will drive and coordinate the review of HR policies, utilise HR data to assess the effectiveness of talent management initiatives, and implement programmes to ensure a positive and engaged workforce. You will also get a chance to participate in projects and process improvement initiatives, and staff meetings deliberating these issues involving MND senior management and other stakeholders.

• Prior experience in talent management or a related HR role would be advantageous.
