What the role is

The Attorney-General’s Chambers is looking for a passionate and driven candidate with a keen interest Human Resource (HR) policy work, administer talent management programmes and leadership development initiatives. In addition, the candidate would be involved in preparation of HR communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.

What you will be working on

Responsibilities: • Oversee the review of internal HR policies to ensure AGC is up to date with the latest development in best HR policies and respond to queries/ guide internal stakeholders on HR policy matters. • Manage and administer in-house talent management and leadership assessment/development initiatives such as coaching/mentoring. • Prepare internal and external HR communication materials such as policy implementation, HR announcements, etc. • Manage AGC’s career development programmes (e.g. WOG Structured Job Rotation Exercise, Talent Attachment Programmes, Short-Term Immersion Programmes, GIG work) as part of overall efforts to boost career development of officers.

What we are looking for

Requirements: • 3 – 5 years’ of relevant working experience. • Demonstrated ability in policy review, talent management would be advantageous. • Good written and verbal communication skills with a flair for writing. • Able to perform data analytics and interpret the trends. • Result-oriented, proactive and able to work independently.
