The Corporate Services (CS) cluster provides key support services for PSD, including Finance, Procurement, Registry and Officer Administration. CS manages PSD’s budget to ensure financial accountability, fiscal sustainability and the effective & efficient use of public resources. It also oversees the implementation of procurement strategy and policies within the organisation and ensures that the key principles governing procurement are adhered to. In the area of Knowledge Management, CS formulates internal policies and best practices to ensure the retention of knowledge and records across PSD. CS also ensures that officers enjoy a conducive, productive and safe office environment.

What the role is
What you will be working on
[Key Responsibilities]:
• Handling deposit records and reconciliation tasks.
• Assisting with accounts payable processes for NFS, QuickBuy, and PUBBS verification.
• Overseeing system access management tasks such as manage access revocations and creations.
• Conducting various financial reporting tasks such as Aging Reports, Transport Claims Analytics, Payments and Claims Analytics, and Exceptions Report.
• Performing other financial duties such as reclassifying transactions, and any other adhoc matters.
What we are looking for
[Competencies Required]:
• Background in business, accountancy or finance is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Meticulous with an eye for details.
• Good communication skills for coordination with internal stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
