What the role is
What you will be working on
The intern will be responsible for:
a) Develop further an internal knowledge management database;
b) Implement versioning/archival/audit tracking when the information is amended;
c) Optimise the searching for the right FAQs within the database;
d) Liaise with departments/divisions to develop SOP to maintain FAQs/knowledge to ensure recency;
e) Prepare simple training/user manual; and
f) Explore of possible AI technology or any other computing solution to be loaded onto the micro-site to enhance searchability
What we are looking for
a) Communications skills
b) Basic website development and scripting language or advance use of SharePoint
c) Basic understanding of search optimisation
