You oversee and manage prosecution cases for National Service (NS) offenders/defaulters recommended for charges in the State Courts.

- Ensure appropriate legal and disciplinary action is taken - Support in establishing, reviewing and implementing prosecution processes - Act as the main point-of-contact for cross-agency collaborations (e.g., State Courts, Attorney General's Chambers) during the prosecution process and conduct of court proceedings Challenge(s) - Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the Enlistment Act, relevant policies and enforcement operations - Remaining objective and professional when dealing with difficult cases - Balancing empathy with the execution of mandatory NS policies

- At least 3 to 4 years of experience in enforcement, investigation or prosecution is preferred - Good decision-making and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) - Ability to handle work with difficult people under challenging situations Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
