You oversee the governance and management of the Army's strategic information efforts.

- Collaborate with Army units and security agencies within the MINDEF/SAF eco-system - Advise units and decision makers on information security, operational security, and reputational concerns - Facilitate the design of Army's information management policies - Govern associated information management processes within the Army - Ensure knowledge archival management on approved plans and decisions - Oversee the conduct of information management education to the Army population Challenge(s) - Managing diverse information issues across the Army's varied functions and forces - Responding quickly to high operational tempo demands - Balancing security concerns with effective communication needs in the age of social media and a more vocal public

- At least 6 years of relevant experience - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for secretariat work and ensuring governance compliance - Ability to provide recommendations on suitable courses of action, including narrative design for effective communication - Skills in maintaining information security while communicating effectively - Flexible mindset to adapt to changing contexts - Good appreciation of archival requirements Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
