You develop, review and promulgate manpower policies and guidelines to attract, recruit, manage, and retain quality people in the organisation.

- Conduct research and analyse data and trends related to manpower policies - Consult stakeholders and propose recommendations for management's decision - Communicate and implement manpower policies - Evaluate deviation requests from policy guidelines - Provide guidance and advice to HR practitioners on policy application - Undertake projects to support the formulation and review of manpower policies in MINDEF/SAF Challenge(s) - Working in a high-tempo and dynamic environment - Staying well-versed in MINDEF/SAF manpower policies, processes and regulations - Maintaining keen awareness of organisational developments, key initiatives, industry-wide trends and best market practices

- At least 2 years of work experience in human resource is preferred - Excellent analytical, writing and communication skills - Strong interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, statistical programmes) (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
