What the role is

You lead workstreams to tailor capability development (CapDev) processes based on project nature, aiming for greater agility and user-centricity.

What you will be working on

- Implement targeted safeguards to maintain fundamental governance principles (e.g., cost - prudence, system safety) - Codify new CapDev processes - Develop the roadmap for digitalisation of MINDEF/SAF's CapDev processes Challenge(s) - Understanding a wide range of cross-cutting CapDev-related issues - Harmonising considerations of different CapDev stakeholders across the defence ecosystem

What we are looking for

- At least 6 years of work experience in the area of defence technology - Strong interpersonal, analytical and planning skills Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
