You are responsible for all Human Resource (HR)-related matters for the Command, ensuring smooth delivery of responsive support on HR administration.

- Manage HR administration issues such as leave, posting, promotions, regimentation, discipline, welfare - Monitor Individual Physical Proficiency Test (IPPT) and Body Mass Index (BMI) requirements - Assist in conducting exercises and oversee the registry - Execute medals and awards recognition framework at various levels - Provide advice on governing policies, rules and guidelines Challenge(s) - Managing work efficiently through teamwork, assertiveness, and innovative problem-solving

- Education in Human Resource Management - At least 3 years of experience in HR and administration - Hands-on experience with SAP in HR administration - Interest in process management - Good leadership traits and planning abilities - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Driven and meticulous with a growth mindset - Proficiency in data management is advantageous - Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
