What the role is

The successful candidate will be part of a team that formulates and implements policies to ensure the security and resilience of Singapore’s digital and info-communication networks and services.

Responsibilities

  • Undertake research, analysis and regular reviews of policies, governance frameworks and initiatives to enhance the security and resilience of digital and info-communication networks and services in Singapore.
  • Draft policies, governance frameworks and analysis, with structured and clear articulation of rationale supported by technical analysis and risk assessment.
  • Engage effectively with industry and other stakeholders on the formulation and implementation of policies, governance frameworks and initiatives.
  • Ensure industry compliance with policies and governance frameworks, through the monitoring and conduct of regular audits.
  • Investigate and initiate enforcement actions on non-compliance with policies and governance frameworks.

Requirements

  • Background in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related fields.  Other disciplines may be considered with relevant experience. 
  • Preferably with 2 - 3 years’ experience in info-communication field, with experience in policy making and risk assessment.
  • Knowledge in cloud, digital and info-communication networks (telecommunication and broadcasting) and associated technologies will be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, writing and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
