What the role is

• Individual who is highly organised and detailed oriented to support the coordination, execution and administration of the programs section.
• Individual who wish to part of a training organisation to support CET training.

What you will be working on

  • Responsible for supporting day to day administrative tasks for training programs, workshops and courses.
  • Main scope of work is to support procurement and management of food ingredients and consumables for training sessions.
  • Maintain accurate tracking and records for procurement expenditures.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases related to training activities.
  • Conduct basic training in any of the following selected F&B operations areas such as food safety programs, F&B operations, culinary arts or pastry & baking.

What we are looking for

  • Have relevant qualification in culinary arts / F&B operations
  • Have at least 2 years of F&B industry experience
  • Proven experience in administrative or coordination roles. Experience with food ingredients and/ or food industry would be a bonus.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • IT savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for general tasks. 
  • Adaptable and resilient with good troubleshooting ability.
  • Positive attitude, proactive mindset and team player.
