What you will be working on

Join our dynamic team and be a key player in shaping the future of public transport ticketing from policy creation to implementation!

Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing ticketing strategies.
• Collaborate with internal/external local/foreign stakeholders and partners
to gather insights and ensure alignment with industry and public needs.
• Formulate and present recommendations to enhance financial
sustainability and efficiency.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to inform policy
development.
• Oversee the implementation of approved policies, working closely with
relevant teams and agencies.
• Monitor policy effectiveness, gather feedback and make adjustments as
needed.

What we are looking for

• At least 5 years of experience in project management and/or policy
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to conceptualise, articulate and
operationalise policies and initiatives
• Good written communication and interpersonal skills for effective
collaboration and presentation
