What the role is
What you will be working on
In Ticketing Strategy and Projects (TSP) Division, you will participate in shaping the ticketing services roadmap, long-term ticketing policy and strategy through engagement with multiple transit ticketing stakeholders.
We seek a dynamic individual with a passion for public policy and land transport. As part of our team, you will learn about the dynamic ticketing ecosystem and manage agreements with various transit service providers which includes monitoring service level, cost effectiveness and work progress. There will also be opportunities to be involved in new initiatives and projects for acceptance of new payment mode and card scheme.

What we are looking for
• At least 5 years of work experience in project management and/or policy
• Able to conceptualise, articulate and operationalise policies and initiatives
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Driven and energetic who can deliver quality outputs under pressure and
tight timeline
• Meticulous with an eye for detail and able to manage internal and external
stakeholders
• Highly adaptable, independent, positive team player and multi-task in a
dynamic environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, PowerPoint and
Excel
