What the role is
What you will be working on
You will support the activities below
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for new IT projects
• Organise and attend regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss and update on all matters relating to IT project execution and coordination
• Collaborate with IT department/developer to ensure proper management of project scope that meets requirements and complies with internal organisational policies and procedures
• Manage the stakeholders to ensure alignment of requirements and deliverables
• Assist with IT related procurement activity required for project execution
• Assist with proper budgeting through verifying charges for IT devices, services and projects
What we are looking for
• Background in IT or related field
• Basic project management skills to understand and recommend changes to project planning where applicable. Past experience in project management and delivery of IT systems would be advantageous
• Self-driven learner who can concurrently oversee multiple projects and work independently with diverse teams
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal and communication and analytical skills
Note
• This position will be on a part-time basis (ranging from for a period of 6 months, with an option to extend for another 6 months.
• Remuneration of between $15 to $17 per hour, depending on experience.
