Description of Division – Partnership (PTR) - Youth This PTR team seeks to develop an ecosystem of partners and volunteers to promote strong family values and interpersonal relationships among youths in Singapore. Brief Description of the job We are looking for an energetic and passionate individual to join our team as a Youth Community Builder. In this role, you'll be the driving force to build and grow a vibrant, youth-led community who passionate in driving the desire of strong interpersonal relationships among youths.

• Empower and groom youth leaders to take ownership of the community and develop plans to grow the community • Build a network of youth advocates who can spread the message within their communities • Foster strong relationship with the youths in the community • Build and maintain relationships with IHLs, youth organisations, and community partners to expand the community • Create safe, inclusive spaces where all youths feel welcome to share experiences and learn from each other

• A people person with a genuine passion for working with youths • A fun-loving attitude and the energy to engage youths • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with youths, community partners, and stakeholders • Creativity and enthusiasm for planning engaging activities that focus on building community • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of youths and the community • Able to multitask to manage multiple projects concurrently • Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends If you are a relationship-focused community builder with a knack for creating fun, meaningful experiences for youths, we want to hear from you!
