What the role is

The Strategy Team in the National Climate Change Secretariat is seeking a dedicated intern to assist in the critical review of Singapore's national climate resilience risks. This role is pivotal in understanding the multifaceted impacts of climate change, including socioeconomic, geopolitical, economic, and infrastructure challenges.

What you will be working on

Project Title: Developing national strategy for climate resilience Key Responsibilities - Contribute to research efforts by examining global case studies and best practices in climate risk mitigation. - Conduct thorough literature reviews and synthesise findings to support the development of a comprehensive, long-term national strategy for climate resilience. - Aid in the development of a communications plan that clearly articulates the nation's approach to enhancing climate resilience. - Support the team in crafting a long-term view of climate adaptation, informing government strategies for resource allocation and priority setting. - Min. 12 weeks (12-24 weeks preferred)
