You will be part of a dynamic team to shape and implement strategic partnerships with Singapore’s cybersecurity ecosystem on behalf of the Singapore Government. Your mission will be to work with and across Government agencies on their strategic cybersecurity needs and implement governance processes with our partners, with a view to build up deep local cybersecurity capabilities to serve national security needs, deepen existing bilateral engagements with high-value partners and forge multi-party engagements/ collaborations within our community of partners, so that we are able to reap network effects that lead to the development of innovative and comprehensive solutions that deliver value to our partners and to Singapore. Responsibilities
• Review policies and frameworks on partnership lifecycle management and coordinate and ensure coherence across CSA industry engagements
• Manage high-value account relationships from cradle-to-grave, coordinate CSA’s engagements with other account-managed partners and monitor the performance of partnerships
• Establish and manage a public-private cybersecurity community that can be tapped on to deliver better cybersecurity outcomes for Singapore
• Support the development of platforms and programmes, for or by the community, supported by CSA stakeholders
• Maintain overview of CSA’s general relationship with industry stakeholders
What we are looking for
Requirements
• Tertiary qualifications in any discipline, preferably in IT or engineering, with strong interest in cybersecurity ecosystem and technologies
• Must possess at least 6 years of supervisory experience, managing small teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in strategic account and partnership management/ cybersecurity industry/ governance and/or government procurement will be advantageous
• Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills
• Meticulous planning skills and ability to analyse issue with clarity and present balance arguments
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, and comfortable with engaging multiple and diverse stakeholders (including senior/middle management and industry stakeholders)
