You will be part of the Resources team in the Transformation & Resources Department that looks into registry management, operation and logistic support, capability building, staff engagement, finance and procurement support, focusing on areas below.
• Manage the deposit and movement of case exhibits and compliance/ performance bond documents and updating of system records
• Manage a fleet of vehicles used by internal stakeholders of which include the monitoring of vehicle usage, work with vendors for repair/maintenance matters, extraction of data for reporting, invoice verification etc.
• Provide operation and logistic support which includes (but not limited to):
- Manage the issuance and return of assets and ops equipment (including controlled items); ensure proper maintenance and accountability
- Manage key press and access
- Maintain the directory listing
- Procure and supply stationery or consumables
- Liaise with other depts and vendors on the maintenance of office facilities and equipment
- Oversee the replacement of staff cards
- Perform verification of transactions to facilitate payment
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties based on developing needs
