As a support staff, your role is to support policies and schemes in specific functional areas.
What you will be working on]
1. Maintain and upkeep training facilities such as school laboratories and simulation centre; and manage the flammable and hazardous chemicals inventory and laboratory consumables.
2. Carry out basic maintenance, servicing and repairs of tools, equipment and machines in laboratories and simulation centre.
3. Responsible for the day-to-day operations and the upkeep of laboratories including equipment maintenance, preparation, media and chemical preparation and cleaning of equipment at laboratories and simulation.
4. Procure essential material/ tools/ equipment for training lessons.
5. Preparing and following a general maintenance schedule and follow ups.
6. Provide technical support to teaching staff.
[What we are looking for]
1. At least 3 years of industrial experience relating to healthcare. A nurse with experience in healthcare technology will be an advantage.
2. Meticulous in administration works, particularly in handling procurement documents.
Possess good IT skills (Microsoft Office 365), process automation, working knowledge of recordkeeping and preparing maintenance schedules. Proficient in data analytics and Power BI will be an advantage.
3. Good knowledge of safety regulations such as SCDF, NEA and WSHA Regulations to ensure workplace compliance.
4. Good knowledge in international & local standards such as ISO Quality System Standards and Singapore Standards to drive departmental productivity and optimize department resources efficiency.
