You design, develop, and review the training and education curriculum for all roles in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) Training Development & Instructional (TD&I) community.

- Lead the Branch in developing training courses, workshops, education, and change management programmes - Promulgate keystone instructional excellence initiatives (e.g., SAF TD&I Competency Model, Workplace Instructor Development Guidelines) - Undertake projects contributing to the Institute's objectives - Lead the Branch to be a role model in SAF training development Challenge(s) - Managing multiple concurrent tasks related to trainer courses and unit operations - Staying updated on emerging technologies (e.g., adaptive learning) and incorporating them into TD&I course materials - Engaging with senior Commanders and external stakeholders

- At least 10 years of relevant experience in managing finances, contract management and supervision - Ability to confidently engage senior Commanders and external stakeholders - Leadership skills to lead teams effectively - Capability to work independently Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
