The role of the intern will be attached to the Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM).
The interns will be helping the team with a variety of Learning & Development and research tasks which may include:
• Research pieces on topics important to the Finance and Procurement community
• Supporting team in projects with MOF which can include Competency Framework reviews and Learning Needs Analysis
• Hands-on with e-Learning authoring tools and creation of digital learning products
• Assist in running programmes and events
The intern will be expected to provide support to the team in various tasks as needed. This may include assisting with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.

What you will be working on
We are hiring two interns and below are the two potential scopes.
Scope 1:
Research on Topics for Future Brownbags/Learning Journeys
• Conduct research on popular topics such as Sustainability Reporting to be included in future Brownbags/Learning Journeys.
• Conduct landscape scan to identify leading agencies who are active practitioners or are able to share best practices on topics identified.
Procurement Competency Framework review
• Coordinate with external stakeholders for administrative matters
• Assist in the design of train the trainer workshops
Creation of E-Learning Products
• Record Finance Tech Webinar Series using the appropriate online tools
• Use Articulate Rise and/or other tools to convert webinar into e-learning
Assist in Running of Programmes and Events
• Foundation and Management Milestone Programmes
• Townhall for Procurement Community
Scope 2:
Research on Generative AI use cases in Finance and/or Procurement
• Conduct research and landscape scan on generative AI and compile a list of use cases on how it's being used in Finance and/or Procurement domains
Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) Project
• Assist in the design of Interviews and FGDs for the LNA.
• Assist in sense making of data to draw insights from LNA.
• Propose interventions based in insights from LNA.
Creation of E-Learning Products
• Conduct research and make sense of information provided by stakeholders on Fraud Awareness for Grants Governance.
• Use Articulate Rise and/or other tools to create e-learning on this topic.
Assist in Running of Programmes and Events
• Foundation and Management Milestone Programmes
• Townhall for Procurement Community
What we are looking for
• Have an interest in Finance, Procurement or Data Analytics topics
• Creative and detail orientated
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills to effectively work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and open to change
• Team player, able to establish good rapport with his/ her team members
• Experience in creating and publishing e-learning products using appropriate tech tools (e.g. Articulate Rise, Capcut) will be advantageous
