ILT Change Management Intern

What the role is

The role of the intern will be attached to the Institute of Learning Technology. The intern will participate in the planning, implementation and review of the change management process of a large scale digital product. Interns are expected to be involved in the providing input and support to the team in enabling key stakeholders to manage the change from the current LEARN platform to the new digital learning ecosystem.

What you will be working on

The intern is expected to be involved in planning meetings to strategise the change management process. They must contribute to the implementation of the plans by participating in the engagement of stakeholders involved in the change, providing ongoing support (technical, design and/or training) and observing the process to provide in depth reviews that will feed forward to the next stages of the change.
