The role of the intern will be attached to the Institute of Public Sector Leadership (IPSL).
The project involves working with a team to design and deliver two major programmes for scholarship as part of leadership development work in the Public Service. The programmes include a 5-day in-person programme and a half day virtual seminar. The project will include designing a programme with various learning modalities to support learning and engagement, and stakeholder management with senior Public Service leaders and political-office-holders.
The intern is expected to be well read on global and domestic issues, be well organised with good project management skills and possess good writing and critical thinking skills. A curious mind and familiarity with tech-enabled learning platforms will be useful in this project. Interns should be able to work independently with some supervision provided.
