The role of the intern will be attached to the Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM).
This internship position lies within Innovation and Foundation Competencies (IFC), Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM). This department aims at fostering innovation and career development of public officers.
This internship provides interns with a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in learning design, content creation, project and event management within a professional setting.

What the role is
What you will be working on
The intern will contribute significantly to the department's efforts in promoting innovation and supporting career development, while also providing valuable learning experiences for the intern.
Their contributions will include:
1. Conceptualizing and executing an Innovation marketing campaign
• Developing creative campaign themes and concepts.
• Designing and producing marketing materials
• Assisting in the planning and execution of the campaign.
2. Developing and organising learning interventions
• Conducting research, curating scope, engaging speakers and providing support for at least 1 brownbag/webinar sessions.
• Research and develop at least 1 e-learning on innovation
• Assisting in event management for a Career Day event and workshops
What we are looking for
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Effective stakeholder management skills
• Event planning and management experience (preferred)
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Graphic design proficiency for creating visually appealing materials, including familiarity with tools like Canva
• Students from Faculty in Art, Design and Media, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Event Management, Education or related will be ideal.
