What the role is
What you will be working on
This intern will support the research work in the institute by conducting literature reviews on emerging topics related to leadership and organisation development, assisting with applied research projects (e.g., data collection and analysis), and designing research-based materials for outreach purposes.
What we are looking for
Background in psychology/social sciences, able to conduct a literature review, able to analyse quantitative and/or qualitative data. Familiarity with R and Canva is a plus.
