The role of the intern will be attached to the Institute of Learning Technology.
We are seeking support staff to assist in the seamless transition of content from one learning management system to another. In addition to content migration, the individual will also be responsible for providing level 1 support to help stakeholders troubleshoot technical issues related to content development on the new platform.

What the role is
What you will be working on
• Migrate content from the existing learning management system (LMS) to the new platform, ensuring accuracy and completeness of the transferred content and data.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure a smooth transition and troubleshoot any migration issues that may arise.
• Provide level 1 support to stakeholders, assisting them in troubleshooting technical issues related to content development on the new platform.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide timely and effective solutions.
• Deliver any other duties to support the ILT team in its transition effort as and when the need arises.
What we are looking for
• Familiarity with designing and using an LMS.
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Meticulous and detail oriented
