What the role is

The role of the intern will be attached to Programme Experience and Operations (PXO) department.

What you will be working on

• Support the implementation of milestone programmes (e.g., manage programme registrations/queries, catering and logistical arrangements, billing matters, create and compile programme evaluations etc); • Work with the various team members and partners on process improvement projects to enhance the department's work productivity and efficiency; • Support the team in any other ad-hoc work assignments such as note-taking, tech support for programmes and admin duties etc.

What we are looking for

• Good project management, communication, time management and problem-solving skills • Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment • Organized and meticulous • Able to work independently and in teams • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel and Word) and collaborative tools (e.g. Zoom, MS Teams, etc) For internship period of Oct 2025 to Mar 2026.
