You will contribute to the development of strategies to :
Strengthen primary care services, transform healthcare delivery and improve the integration of public and private primary care within regional healthcare systems (RHS) to support Healthier SG
Leverage on IT as an enabler to facilitate seamless data flow and care continuity across healthcare settings, including the primary care-facing IT/infrastructural development, gathering of data requirements, co-design of UI/UX with stakeholders, translation to IT specifications and systems implementation
Support public health preparedness clinics (PHPC) and national health emergency planning for GP clinics eg. those involving COVID-19, flu outbreaks, heatwaves and future Disease X.

What the role is
What you will be working on
You will play an important role within the Primary & Community Care (PCC) division.
Specific responsibilities include :
• Supporting the transformation of primary care capacity and services planning: This will include development of policies and operational implementation of workstreams involving private primary care IT, PHPCs, person-centred care, Healthier SG etc.
• Engagement of key stakeholders: You will contribute by engaging key stakeholders and reviewing their feedback on the proposed changes in order to strengthen the proposed policies.
What we are looking for
• Education in health, biomedical sciences, public health, public administration or communications would be advantageous.
• At least 2 – 3 years of relevant experience.
• Possess strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with a keen interest in healthcare policies.
• Strong team player with good communications (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, and a keen sense of collaboration and practical ground considerations.
• Ability to manage and engage multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
