The Housing Schemes Department (HSD) administers the use of CPF savings for HDB flats and private residential properties in Singapore including the recovery of the monies used. In this role, you will: • Develop an engaging and educational online guide for first-time homebuyers to help them make informed decisions and use their CPF savings wisely, ensuring their future financial stability. • Assist in researching and developing content tailored specifically for first-time homebuyers. • Contribute to creating unique content and innovative formats that stand out from existing resources and enhance user engagement.
