What the role is

You will process development applications submitted to URA for approval by analyzing and evaluating these development proposals.

What you will be working on

Based on your evaluation, you are required to present recommendations for planning decisions. You will also be tasked to undertake planning studies relating to Singapore’s built environment.

What we are looking for

Requirements • A good degree or postgraduate diploma in urban and regional planning, architecture, civil engineering, transport planning, environmental studies, building, real estate or geography • Strong interest in physical urban development of Singapore • Knowledge of BIM system will be advantageous • Relevant experience will be advantageous • Good interpersonal and communication skills • Good writing and presentation skills • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
