You are the main liaison between NSmen and the NS management system, responsible for human resource management and administrative matters in NS units under your purview.

- Manage human resource and administrative matters for NS units - Provide advice on NS issues to units and NSmen based on relevant policies - Oversee optimal employment and deployment of NSmen - Identify staffing shortfalls and project future requirements - Conduct National Service succession planning - Manage development, training, and grooming of National Servicemen through courses Challenge(s): - Contextualising NS issues to provide appropriate advice - Balancing the needs of NSmen with organisational requirements - Ensuring effective succession planning and development of National Servicemen

- At least 2 years of experience in human resource is preferred - Good communication skills - Strong time management abilities - Excellent public relations skills - Effective organisational skills - Understanding of NS policies and administration (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
