You assist in managing National Service (NS) administration for NSmen, in accordance with MINDEF's NS management system.

- Support NSmen in human resource and administrative matters - Coordinate training for NSmen - Manage feedback from NSmen and contribute to creating a positive NS experience - Plan and manage NS HR administration for all ranks and levels Challenge(s): - Understanding the unique demands of the NS system - Translating NS system requirements into HR practices - Ensuring effective HR administration across all ranks and levels

- Education in Human Resource Management, Public Relations or a related field - At least 2 years of experience in related fields is preferred - Excellent command of English (written and oral) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to define problems, generate ideas, evaluate solutions, implement and assess outcomes - Skills in organising and leading teams (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
