You assist Head Logistics IT System Management in overseeing the Next Generation Procurement System (NGPS) and Fleet Management System (FMS) for the Digital and Intelligence Service (DIS).

- Implement, clarify, and review policies, processes, and systems associated with NGPS and FMS - Ensure governance and compliance requirements are met - Maintain oversight of the growing and diverse logistics IT systems landscape within DIS - Identify gaps and areas for synergy in logistics IT systems - Devise effective control measures - Assist in building users' competencies for NGPS and FMS within the Service Challenge(s) - Ensuring conformance to stipulated requirements across various systems - Implementing effective change management for NGPS and FMS users

- At least 2 years of experience in IT system access authorisation and review management, particularly in Data Analytics, is preferred - Excellent communication skills - Ability to engage diverse stakeholder groups (middle management, policy owners, end users) - Meticulous with an eye for detail - Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in SAP and Power BI is advantageous (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
