You are responsible to oversee the daily operations of the Assessment Centre, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for all test-takers.

- Coordinate, schedule and administer participants from different requesting agencies for the conduct of the Cyber Competence Selection Test - Schedule and manage recurring maintenance for the IT systems of the Assessment Centre, and all supporting infrastructure - Troubleshoot basic technical issue and maintain the Centre's functionality - Supervise a senior executive Challenge(s) - Managing higher workloads during peak periods in school holiday periods - Handling unexpected technical failures and ensuring operations can be resumed in the shortest time

- Education in Information Technology (IT) related fields - Preferably at least three years of relevant work experience in a supervisory role with similar setting - Basic IT networking knowledge - Strong organisational skills - Good customer service orientation - Ability to work independently with strong initiative and adaptability Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
