You are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Cyber Assessment Centre, ensuring the smooth and efficient experience for all test-takers.

- Manage operations and administer systems - Troubleshoot basic technical issues and maintain the centre's functionality - Supervise a Senior Executive in managing the centre's operations - Guarantee a seamless experience for all users Challenge(s): - Managing higher workloads during peak periods in school holiday periods - Handling unexpected technical failures and ensuring operations can be resumed in the shortest possible time

- Education in Information Technology (IT) related fields - At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role, ideally in a similar setting, is preferred - Basic IT network knowledge - Strong organisational skills - Good customer service orientation - Ability to work independently with strong initiative and adaptability (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
