You are responsible for undertaking various Vocation Advisory Authority (VAA) and Human Resource (HR) portfolios and responsibilities in the Digital and Intelligence Service (DIS).

- Manage C4X (Cyber) and Defence Cyber Expert (DCX) vocation and job family HR issues - Manage sponsored award holders and vacation attachment (VA) programmes - Administer competency assessments - Execute deployment and training plans - Administer sponsorship agreements - Handle HR documentations and provide support in administrative issues - Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and conducting background checks - Contribute to digitalising and automating HR processes Challenge(s) - Responding swiftly to changing scenarios and tackling unexpected challenges flexibly - Working effectively with multiple stakeholders - Enhancing service delivery to provide a positive onboarding experience and career journey for employees

- Education in Human Resource - At least 5 years of relevant experience - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Strong presentation and engagement skills - Capability to handle large volumes of data - Ability to work both independently and in a team Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
