You assist in overseeing the daily operations of the Assessment Centre, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all test-takers.

- Support the team in operations and systems management - Troubleshoot basic technical issues - Maintain the centre's functionality - Ensure smooth experience for test-takers Challenge(s): - Managing higher workloads during peak periods in school holiday periods - Handling unexpected technical failures
