What the role is

You are responsible for various Human Resource (HR) portfolios and responsibilities for the Digital and Intelligence Service (DIS).

What you will be working on

- Manage HR administration and corporate services matters - Track staffing levels and anticipate future demand and supply - Support hiring activities (advertising, screening candidates, coordinating interviews) - Execute deployment and training plans - Guide and advise staff on HR matters - Handle HR documentation and provide support in administrative issues - Administer competency assessments - Contribute to digitalising and automating HR processes Challenge(s): - Responding swiftly to changing scenarios and tackling unexpected challenges flexibly - Working effectively with multiple stakeholders

What we are looking for

- Education in HR related fields - At least 5 of experience in HR - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work both independently and in a team Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
