What the role is
What you will be working on
- Manage and report to higher management on the health status of high transactional volume service requests
- Monitor case resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores
- Engage relevant stakeholders on continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in business process reengineering and digitalisation projects
Challenge(s):
- Managing high volume of service requests efficiently
- Driving continuous improvement in HR administration processes
What we are looking for
- At least 6 years of relevant work experience in HR, customer service or project management
- Senior stakeholder management experience in a service-related field is preferred
- Service-oriented mindset
- Keen interest in innovation and digitalisation
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
