You spearhead the adoption and scaling of employee productivity and collaboration platforms, and drive the use of ready-made digital solutions to meet employee needs and business requirements.

- Develop and implement plans for Whole-of-Government (WOG), Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), and Commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) digital and data solutions - Put in place policies and processes to enable the use of these solutions - Proliferate no-code/low-code platforms such as power platform and robotic process automation - Empower MINDEF/SAF employees to exploit digitalisation for improved work effectiveness and efficiency Challenge(s): - Leading cross-functional teams in a highly evolving digital landscape - Navigating ambiguity in digital transformation initiatives - Coaching and developing team members to reach their full potential

- Education in Business, Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems related fields - At least 12 years of working experience with at least 5 years in project management - High quotient in ops-tech competency, stakeholder management, and change management skills - Knowledge in WOG digital product development and SaaS platform adoption (preferred) - Comfort in leading cross-functional teams and navigating ambiguity - Passion for coaching and developing staff Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
