What the role is

You oversee the performance of all Human Resource (HR) Administration, HR Management, Training Co-ordination, Feedback Management and Active Engagement matters within the Formation.

What you will be working on

- Work with respective HR Management, HR Administration and Training agencies within the Formation - Ensure smooth coordination between different departments to maintain efficient HR operations - Develop strategies to enhance National Service relations - Improve overall engagement with servicemen Challenge(s): - Working within a dynamic NS landscape - Acting pre-emptively and staying ahead of the engagement curve - Meeting the administrative and training needs of NSmen effectively

What we are looking for

- At least 6 years of relevant experience is preferred - Excellent leadership, decision-making, organisation and time management skills - Team player with meticulous attention to detail - Competence in using Microsoft Office applications Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
