What the role is

You are responsible for planning and implementation of the training curriculum.

What you will be working on

- Analyse operational requirements to identify training needs - Design and develop training solutions - Implement and evaluate training solutions Challenge(s): - Work closely with internal and external agencies to drive the Training Institute's training and learning pedagogy and transformation

What we are looking for

- Education in Training, Design, Learning or Development related fields - At least 3 years of relevant experience is preferred - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
