What the role is
What you will be working on
• Administer a range of HR services, including but not limited to compensation, benefits, leave administration, and employee data management
• Respond and follow-up on MOM officers’ requests/queries via internal HR Query Page
• Address employee queries regarding various HR matters
• Collaborate with other HR teams to support and improve service delivery
• Support the implementation of HR initiatives and system updates
• Review and streamline HR Hub’s processes, where required
What we are looking for
• Experience in HR shared services / service centre operations
• Domain knowledge in HR management systems and proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Meticulous and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Team player, able to work well with internal and external stakeholders
• Positive, open attitude towards new ideas and ways of doing things
• An understanding of the workings and work processes of the Civil and Public Service, is advantageous
