What you will be working on
Key Accountabilities
1. Lead a team to establish and implement a framework and processes for the retention, preservation and declassification of A*STAR records. This includes defining the scope of the archive, file plan, filing process, retrieval and disposal, with consideration of the activities of A*STAR, usage records and compliance with Government Instruction Manuals IM4L (Management of Public Records)
2. Provide guidance to A*STAR staff on records management matters and responsibilities
3. Interface with National Archives of Singapore on preservation and disposal of A*STAR records
4. Lead A*STAR's compliance with IM4L (Management of Public Records), including conducting regular audits of records management compliance and ensure that records are being filed and safeguarded properly
5. Contribute to cross-divisional efforts to plan and develop digital records management solutions
6. Plan and manage projects/activities within allocated budget and resources
What we are looking for
Job Requirements
1. Possess at least 8 years of relevant working experience in records management and familiar with relevant Government Instruction Manual
2. Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
3. Robust project management ability
4. Possesses strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills to engage various stakeholders with clarity and impact
5. A self-driven and meticulous individual who has the strong ability work well in a fast-paced environment
6. Strong capability to interpret, analyze and synthesize requirements from multiple stakeholders and develop actionable plans
