What the role is
What you will be working on
You will need to possess a strong business acumen and be comfortable in communicating with all levels of stakeholders to understand their manpower challenges and propose the relevant WSG interventions:
Diagnose key industry manpower challenges, gaps and identify opportunities through strategic engagement of partners and stakeholders
Develop engagement plan, recommend appropriate solutions and track project progress via a data driven approach
Develop deep understanding of the industries and be attuned to WSG’s initiatives to support enterprises in their human capital strategies
Support the team in the development/refresh of the Jobs Transformation Map and related proof-of-concept project(s) to testbed scalability
Forge effective partnerships/relationships with strategic stakeholders including partner agencies, unions, trade associations and key employers
Support outreach, marketing and networking events to increase awareness and adoption of best practices/ WSG initiatives
What we are looking for
Requirements
Industry Engagement and Business Development: Effective stakeholder engagement, with a focus on account/project management or consultancy. Utilise sector and trend analysis and government initiatives related to manpower/HR interventions/ training to drive business strategies and growth
Communication Skills and Data Analytics: Effective written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in synthesizing and interpreting data and information to provide relevant insights and recommendations
Team Player: Ability to collaborate well within and across teams, comprehend and empathize with different viewpoints to accomplish shared objectives
