• Manage day-to-day operations of car park applications and digital services, which include processing and following through with customers’ requests and queries
• Assist in investigating, handling and replying to appeals and complaints on car park application services
• Assist in business process review to ensure excellent customer service delivery
• Assist in development and enhancement of car park application services and IT systems, including testing
• Assist in ad hoc projects and provide administrative support to Application Services Unit

Requirements
• A good diploma in any discipline
• 2 years of relevant experience and knowledge in areas such as customer service and/or system upgrades/implementation
• Good writing, analytical and communication skills
• Good digital skills. Knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI and/or RPA will be an added advantage
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team, with an aptitude for computer/system-related work
