What the role is
What you will be working on
You will be part of a team of officers who will be working with other Ministries and Divisions within MSF and our stakeholders to review, develop and implement policies related to the family services sector.
As a Manager / Senior Manager in the Integrated Services Policy Branch, you will:
1. Review and develop strategies and policies to transform the family services landscape and strengthen the ecosystem of support to help vulnerable families and individuals achieve better outcomes.
2. Conduct landscape reviews, research, and ground sensing to identify gaps in the service landscape for the target groups.
3. Review and project demand for services and develop long-term service plans to ensure adequate provision of services to meet the projected demand.
4. Work with internal and external stakeholders to review, develop and implement policies and services for the target groups.
5. Provide secretariat support to various review committees and working groups.
What we are looking for
• Tertiary Qualification
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in policy work or programme reviews.
• Have strong writing, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good presentation and stakeholder engagement skills, and able to communicate clearly with a range of stakeholders.
• A team player who is proactive, resourceful and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
