What you will be working on

The key areas of responsibility include, but not limited to:
1. Partnership Development and Management
• Identify, establish and cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, community organisations and academia.
• Identify and explore potential partnerships to leverage resources and expertise for the successful delivery of PO’s initiatives.
• Negotiate and manage partnerships, ensuring mutual alignment of goals and deliverables.
• Foster long-term relationships with partners that deliver value for both parties.
• Identify opportunities for co-creation and collaboration to expand the reach and impact of PO’s initiatives.
2. Programme Management
• Oversee the end-to-end planning, implementation and evaluation of programmes to ensure alignment with PO’s strategic objectives.
• Develop and manage programme budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
• Monitor and evaluate programme outcomes to identify success factors, areas for improvement, and opportunities for scaling.
• Design and implement processes to enhance programme quality, effectiveness, and sustainability.
3. Stakeholder Engagement
• Build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for PO’s initiatives.
• Conduct regular communications with stakeholders to provide timely updates, resolve issues and ensure success.
• Represent PO at key events and meetings to promote PO’s programmes and partnerships agenda.
4. Strategy Development and Alignment
• Work closely with leadership to align programmes and partnerships with PO’s strategic goals.
• Analyse trends, community needs and industry best practices to inform programme and partnership strategies.
5. Team Collaboration and Leadership
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to synergise programmes and partnerships.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members or volunteers involved in programme and partnership management.
