You will lead a small team to develop content to profile the Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN)'s operations which could be used on internal and external communications platforms.

- Conceptualise and produce videos/collaterals to profile RSN's readiness and operations for internal MINDEF/SAF audiences and/or RSN's social media channels - Conduct photo and video capturing for events and operations - Research and identify latest production techniques/styles - Deploy with ships to conduct at-sea media capturing (when required) - Anchor the subject matter expertise for photography/videography and provide expertise for incorporating info/graphic design content in internal/external communications collaterals Challenge(s): - Balancing operational security with creativity/production - Formulating communications responses swiftly to developing situations - Keeping abreast of developments in the media industry, including usage of techniques, capturing devices etc.

- Education in Mass Communications, Film or other media-related fields - At least 5 years working experience in the media industry preferred - Expertise in using media platforms/software for organisational communications - Familiarity with features of media platforms RSN is currently on, as well as up-and-coming techniques and trends - Willingness to sail on ships when required (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
